WWII Airsoft loadout – German Zeltbahn
My Blog keithhpow.blogspot.com The Zeltbahn was a standard piece of equipment issued to personnel who were serving in the field. Each Zeltbahn tent quarter allowed 4 men to make a standard 4 sided tent but in reality any number of Zeltbahns could be joined together to form tents or shelters of varying sizes. Zeltbahns were even used as stretchers and flotation devices to aid river crossings. On its own a Zeltbahn could be used as a weatherproof poncho or camoflage over coat. It could also be used to create makeshift lean-to shelters or a canopy. Many airsofters buy the Zeltbahn as part of their loadout but i have never actually seen anyone using theirs which is why i have made this video. I purchased my Zeltbahn at www.epicmilitaria.com for £40.
love ur vid and stuff but i really suggest buying a proper ss belt and? buckle
@AppleAirsoft yeah i know m8, just piecing it together gradually. Bills come first unfortunatelly. For the time being its? the belt buckle of the SS ‘River Island’ Division
Just an old black belt that fills the role just now lol
@KeithHPOW xD ha ha? ha fair enough any way i cant talk i dont have any webbing other than a belt and buckle : /
what? version ss fieldgrau uniform is that, m42, m43? and great video, im looking into getting one of those myself!
Keith I see the point of wearing a wermacht uniform, and don’t get me wrong I love your videos, but I don’t agree with the SS? uniform.
Great vid though
Do these tents fetch a lot? of money?? I would like to know as I would like to start a collection.
This is an excellent video Keith. Well done on an expert precision performance. Its satisfying to know that people today know how to operate such useful tools as the Zeltbahn. Thank you? for explaining in point by point detail the various functions of this wonderful tent/poncho. Please keep up the great work !!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Stealthkeys77 Thank you, i’m pleased you like the video and found it useful. The Zelt’ used in the video is a reproduction so its not really valuable as it would be if? it had been an original WWII item. It cost me around £35 U.K Sterling
wonderful? video, just wonderful, keep it up man
Keith!? Get a mic you could hold or have closer in some way. Great vids!
How does one set it up in a tent? style?
Aren;t? you wearing the Luftwaffe Italian camouflage trousers instead of Waffen-SS?
Great video Keith. Any chance to see it set up? as a wind break, shelter and if you can grab or borrow a few more the whole tent set-up?
Nate
man, your videos? are the best
@ZackMyslinski italian camo is italian camo, that whole “luftwaffe pattern” is a load of BS the waffen ss? were the ones who captured the italians and “aquired” the Itlian camo
@CombativeAirsoftFan What the fuck? 1st of all, it’s not a “suit” it’s a unifrom, suits are something you wear? at a confrence meeting. 2ndly, this is WEHRMACHT not SS, the SS were the Nazi’s political force, the Wehrmacht were the National Heer. 3rd wearing a unifrom that was worn during World War II to show what bloody force you were fighting for doesn’t make you a Nazi!
You out of all people should know that(judging by your username).
Oh by the way @CombativeAirsoftFan i just went on by the comments….someone stated it was a heer? unifrom when it was SS ( @Ghostlyape123 )
I am? only 15 and you have inspired me to invest in this form of fatigues.
nice video? is the tunic your wearing wool or HBT
You? should get your uniform a little bit dirty! Doesn’t look very realistic when you’re clean and spiffy.
man i live in america and enjoy this scotland airsoft! you guys go big into it!. also i hate how most ww2 movies make all nazis look bad(inglorious basturds) most of them were normal people but forced into it. its to? kill or be killed what would you choose?? but the ss was bad.
no the SS were not bad… it depends on people. Wiking did not have any war crimes, propaganda told then if they wanted tk fight for the fatherland the best of the best should be SS. I personally know a few vets, I’m also a? history major… some SS were bad some were good. ps: I love it when this guy does videos… he’s got alot of knowledge to share.
I’m currently making a Waffen SS? load out.
How much was all of that gear? I wan’t to buy the? exact same but I don’t know where to buy it. Please reply, thanks.
